 How do I order?

Go to choose your plan page, select the plan you would like and then follow the step by step guide to start your subscription. If you would like to add breakfast and juices to you meal plan you can by adding your meal plan to cart then go back to the 'choose your plan' page and select the breakfast and juice pick me up plan also.

 

When are my meals delivered?

Your meals are delivered every Monday. You can select your time slot when you are tailoring your plan before checkout. The time slots are currently 3-6pm and 6-9pm. The time slot you have selected will remain the same every week. If you would like to change it just email us at hello@justthefox.com

 

How do I skip a week or cancel?

Just the Fox Kitchen is a no commitment subscription so you can cancel at anytime by emailing hello@justthefox.com The plan will be cancelled for the following week. 

If you are going away and want to skip a week, again just email us and we will put your plan on hold.

 

I have a food allergy, how do I let you know?

 As much as possible we try to cater to individual customers dietary requirements. All our meals come with a full allergen sticker on as well as the use by date. If you have a specific allergy and want to double check anything get in contact via email at hello@justthefox.com

 

What is the delivery radius?

At the moment unfortunately we only have the capabilities to offer delivery within Yorkshire. For East and South Yorkshire, delivery is on a Tuesday.  If you are just out drop us a message and we will see what we can do. We are currently working on Nationwide delivery service.
